Payment
- We only accept payment through online banking eg. Maybank2u, CIMBclicks etc.
- Please inform us at pandorasbox1511@gmail.com the payment details once the transaction has been processed and we will arrange for delivery.
Delivery
- We do not provide cash on delivery (COD).
- We are using Pos Ekspres to deliver your items, with standard postage rates apply. See table below.
- Buyer bears the postage charges.
- Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive. We will alert you that your order has been delivered.
- We will provide your tracking no. via email upon delivery of your order.
- You may also login to www.pos.com.my to check your tracking no.
- Please do inform us should your parcel do not arrive within 5 business days.
